Police in Allegany County say a man was running a meth lab out of a home on Grove Street in the Village of Cuba.
Andrew J. Gaeta was arrested on charges of methamphetamine possession and manufacturing after a three month long investigation into illegal narcotic activity by the Cuba Police Department and multiple NYS agencies.
Gaeta is currently in the Allegany County Jail on $50,000 bail.
