A woman is in custody after a CSX train clipped the front of her vehicle Monday night.
The Erie County Sheriff's Office says the vehicle was on the tracks when the train struck it just before 9 p.m. It happened on Town Line Road near Walden Avenue in the Town of Alden. The CSX train did not derail.
The sheriff's office says the female driver of the vehicle is suspected of DWI, but no charges have been filed.
No one was injured.
