CSA's are provided by local farmers and allow customers the chance to have a weekly subscription that provides incredibly fresh produce. It's basically like a membership for food.
One of the fastest growing CSA's in the WNY region is Farmthisway. The farm is owned by Marty and Carolyn Rosiek, who see the CSA program as a chance to meet the customers who are eating their products.
