BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) - Crime Stoppers Buffalo, the Buffalo Police Department, and a private citizen have teamed up to offer a reward of up to $7,500 for information on the homicide of Paul J. Byrd.
Byrd was shot and killed on January 9th, 2017 on Cornwall Ave in Buffalo.
Buffalo Police reported they have not yet made an arrest. Officials believe it is due a no-snitching culture that prevents individuals from complying with police.
Crime Stoppers Buffalo is offering $1,000; BPD $1,500; and $5,000 from a private citizen.
