The old bachelor apartment building is now a pile of rubble.
Crews demolished the building at the corner of Tupper and Franklin streets Saturday.
Ellicott Development owns the property, and wanted to tear it down to make room for a new 75 million-dollar mixed-use building.
There's no word on when that will be completed.
