Seattle could become the NHL's 32nd team, should the league's Board of Governor's give it the green light.
They're set to vote on the move Tuesday. If it's approved, a Seattle team would balance out the Eastern and Western Conferences at 16 teams each.
The Seattle ownership group would have to pay NHL owners $650 million to join.
