BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Wegmans says it is increasing pay for its employees amid the COVID-19 outbreak.
Employees will see an increase of $2 an hour, it will be retroactive for the month of March and includes April.
Employees were notified of the increase Friday.
A Wegmans spokesperson says "it’s how we’re saying 'thank you' for all their hard work during this crisis."
