Two COVID-19 drive-thru testing sites set up in WNY

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — The New York State Department of Health is operating two drive-thru COVID-19 testing sites in Western New York, with the National Guard assisting with setup.

One site is at Niagara County Community College, the other is in the Cobblestone District in Buffalo.

You must have an appointment to be tested, you can get an appointment by calling the NYSDOH COVID-19 hotline at 1-888-364-3065.

Although you need an appointment to be tested, anyone that drives the patient to the site can also be tested. This includes an Uber driver, spouse, etc.

The NCCC site is open Wednesday until 6 p.m. and Thursday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The Cobblestone site will be open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, and will remain open as needed.
