BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) — Parts of New York State's southern tier are getting the green light to reopen, but not here in Western New York.
Broome County Executive Jason Garnar, taking to Twitter Saturday, announcing Broome County and other southern counties on the eastern end of the state have met all guidelines for the first phase of business to re-open Friday, May 15.
Broome County is where Binghamton is located.
