BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Parking at all Buffalo Civic Auto Ramps (BCAR) will be free for the months of April and May as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.
The City of Buffalo announced on Monday that there will be no charge for parking at any BCAR location for the rest of April and the entire month of May. If you have already pre-paid for either month, the payment will apply to a month in the future.
