BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Much needed supplies of masks, face shields, gowns and gloves are being distributed to Erie County hospitals and health care facilities.
The pallets of medial equipment were delivered to Erie County on Sunday by the NYS Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Services and are being distributed to ECMC and Catholic Health and Kaleida facilities on Monday.
Portions of the supplies will also be given to skilled nursing facilities and first responders.
Some of the pallets of supplies that are being distributed to local health care providers today by @ErieCountyESU. @CHSBuffalo already picked theirs up, @ECMCBuffalo was while I was there and @KaleidaHealth was on its way. Thanks @NYSDHSES and @NYGovCuomo for the shipment. pic.twitter.com/zhGM5HwRiK
