BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Western New York's public and private sectors are working together to study the impact COVID-19 on businesses throughout the area.

Information gathered from the survey, which will launch on Tuesday, April 14, would show potential gaps in available resources.

The survey will ask employers to share their thoughts on a number of topics including lost revenue, workforce impacts, and their ability to operate remotely.

Western New York businesses can participate by clicking here.

The survey closes April 24, and should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.

All respondents’ information will be confidential and only aggregate data will be shared.

The survey is confidential, but there is an opportunity for businesses to request information on resources and to volunteer their expertise to assist other Western New York businesses in recovery.

The survey will be lauched by the Buffalo Niagara Partnership, the cites of Buffalo and Niagara Falls, the counties of Erie and Niagara, and local chambers of commerce, tourism bureaus and economic development organizations.
