NIAGARA FALLS, (N.Y.) — As of March 17, the Niagara Falls Fashion Outlets will be open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sundays. In a statement the mall said each store and restaurant may operate on their own hours, so check the business' website for the latest information.
