BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — On Thursday, Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz sent a clear message when it comes to PPE (personal protection equipment).
Mr. Poloncarz signed COVID-19 Emergency Order 1.4. This prohibits businesses from preventing people from entering a premises if they're wearing masks or gloves. This emergency order also makes sure employers can't prevent employees from using masks or gloves.
This order will take effect on Thursday at 3:00pm.
