EAST AURORA, N.Y. (WKBW) — East Aurora is finding a unique way to celebrate the class of 2020.

The COVID-19 pandemic is forcing school districts across Western New York to cancel end of year celebrations for graduating seniors. But the East Aurora PTO, along with the administration is making sure this banner year isn't forgotten. The district is honoring its 153 high school seniors by unveiling a specially designed banner of each graduate along its Main Street.

The banners will be on display through the week of June 22, when they will be taken down and given to the students by graduation day, June 27.
