MAYVILLE, N.Y. (WKBW) — Chautauqua County officials announced drive-thru COVID-19 testing will be available for health care workers, first responders and child care providers employed in the county.
Pre-registration is required for testing, you can call 716-753-4491 or 866-604-6789 to pre-register.
The testing will take place at the Chautauqua Lake Central School Bus Garage located at 100 North Erie Street in Mayville on the following dates:
- May 5 from 3 p.m. – 7 p.m.
- May 7 from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.
- May 9 from 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.
You're asked to remain in your vehicle and bring the following documents with you:
- Driver’s license/picture ID
- Employer ID
- Insurance card
