BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Many Western New Yorkers are spending time, safe at home, due to the COVID-19 outbreak and a University at Buffalo professor is providing a way to help pass the time.
Dr. Monica Stephens, an assistant professor in the department of Geography at the University at Buffalo, has created a free printable interactive map of Buffalo that allows you to color your neighborhood, or all of Buffalo!
You can find the "Color Buffalo" map here.
The map says:
"This experiment was inspired by the Mapbox coloring book. As buildings in Buffalo are missing from OSM data, I added the Microsoft building footprints for Buffalo to the monochrome style. I then modified paper.css to create printable page. Please post/share photos of your creations with #ColorBuffalo."
