CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. (WKBW) — In a statement, Cheektowaga Town Supervisor Diane Benczkowski said all town facilities in Cheektowaga will be closed to the public effective immediately.
"This includes Town Hall, the Alexander Community Center, the Dartwood Community Center, the Cheektowaga Town Ice Rink and the Senior Senior Center," the statement said. If someone needs to enter these buildings they must make an appointment. In additional, all Town of Cheektowaga Board and Committee meetings, with the exception of town boar meetings, will be canceled. Police departments and emergency services will remain open.
