BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Buffalo Pride Week 2020, which was scheduled for June 1 to June 7, has been postponed due to COVID-19.
"Due to the unprecedented circumstances caused by COVID-19, we have made the decision to postpone the 2020 Buffalo Pride Week celebrations," organizers say.
August 17 to August 23 has been tentatively selected as the new dates, with the parade and festival set for August 23.
Organizers will continue to monitor the situation.
"We will continue to work closely with city and state officials and our community partners to monitor this ever-changing situation," organizers say.
