BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) — Buffalo Police from C-District spent part of their Saturday helping those in need.
As the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic continue, officers held a food giveaway for their neighbors.
They gave away non-perishable foods, along with fresh produce and personal protection supplies like masks and hand sanitizer.
The event took place today at at the C-District Police Station on East Ferry Street.
The food was donated by officers, their families and other sponsors.
