BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — The Buffalo Dream Center, an organization that helps good neighbors in need, hit an impressive milestone Thursday.
In partnership with FeedMore WNY the organization has been collecting and donating food to those in need throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
In nine weeks, the organization has distributed food in more than 50 neighborhoods to more than 5,000 families.
"Most of what we give away is donated, we do have to buy some, and we haven't been hit by the price increase so far as I know, but as long as the food keeps coming in we're going to give it out and helping families." associate pastor Thomas Rutherford said.
