Alden State Bank is closing its lobby to customers, but not its business. In a statement, the bank told its customers they will be operating through drive-thru windows only starting March 18. But, both the Alden and Lancaster locations will be open during normal hours. The change comes amid concerns of spreading COVID-19. Alden says if customers need in person services, they can call a representative at 716-937-3381 or book an appointment at 716-685-5090.
"Please do not allow the closing of our lobby to be a barrier to your reaching out to us with any needs you may have. Please call us with any questions. We are here to assist you and to help in any way we can. As a reminder, online banking and mobile banking are available 24 hours a day to assist you with your banking needs as well, " President and CEO of Alden State Bank, Steven J. Woodard.
