Two construction workers had to be rescued from a construction scaffold after it collapsed in high winds Monday morning.
It happened around 7 a.m. at the building which will soon become the University at Buffalo Medical School located at Main and High Streets.
A ladder truck had to be used to pluck the two workers from around eight stories up.
The two workers were taken to an area hospital to be checked out.
