Construction is officially underway on the new $15 million SPCA facility in West Seneca.
A groundbreaking ceremony took place on Monday morning at the site on Harlem Road. The new 52,000 square foot building will feature independent facilities for admissions and adoptions, a clinic with on-site veterinarians and spaces for dedicated education and outreach services.
The project is expected to be completed early next year.
