A popular and long-time Buffalo restaurant is up for sale and the asking price is $399,000.
The owners of the Colter Bay Grill have put the establishment on the market, saying they have decided to spend more time running their up and coming beer distribution business.
Colter Bay, located at the corner of Allen and Delaware in Buffalo's Allentown section, will remain open during the sales process.
