Western New York Congressman Chris Collins guarantees that 98% of tax payers living in the 27th Congressional District will pay less in federal taxes next year.
The GOP representative says a vote on tax reform will come as early as this Thursday in Washington and he claims the Democrats are using nothing but scare tactics to try and derail the move.
Collins also has some tough words for Governor Cuomo on the tax issue, but only time will tell exactly what will be in a final tax bill since there are currently two different versions in the House and the Senate.
