An Alden woman is accused of stealing a box of coffee from Tim Horton's and hitting a car while trying to make her getaway.
Troopers were called to the coffee shop Sunday and their investigation led them to 29-year-old Lori Lesch. Police say she stole the box of coffee and was involved in a hit-and-run when she fled.
Lesch was arrested and charged with petit larceny and leaving the scene of an accident.
She was released with a return date in the Town of Alden Court.
