The Western New York Coalition for the Homeless announced there will be a Code Blue 32 tonight in Buffalo. The Matt Urban Hope Center at 385 Paderewski Drive and Harbor House at 241 Genesee street will be open as warming shelters from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am.
Harbor House will be open as a warming shelter tomorrow, March 19, from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
St. Luke's on 345 Walden Avenue will be closed.
