A 17-year-old arrested for a shooting and a robbery last week has been arrested again.
Erie County Sheriff's Deputies say they recovered a gun at the home of the teenage male Wednesday afternoon.
The Sheriff's office discovered the 12-Gauge shotgun hidden in the minor's bedroom. The gun possession is in direct violation of an active Order of Protection issued by the Clarence Town Judge.
The 17-year-old has been charged with a class-A misdemeanor for failing to obey a mandate and for criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use.
The minor's bail has been increased to $150,000.00 cash or $300,000.00 bond and bail for the new charges is set at $25,000.00 cash or $50,000.00 bond.
