City of Tonawanda Police have arrested a North Tonawanda man for breaking in and burglarizing two businesses.
Leroy Twitty is accused of smashing out the side door of a Subway restaurant on Niagara street and stealing money form the office back in May.
In September, Twitty's accused of climbing through the drive-thru window of the McDonald's on Main Street and burglarizing the business.
The North Tonawanda man has been arraigned on a number of charges. His bail has been set at $10,000.
Twitty will be back in court on Friday.
