Police in the City of Tonawanda say a man was charged after going after his brother with a knife.
Police say 43-year-old Harry Munoz was charged with criminal possession of a weapon after getting into an altercation with his brother. According to police, Munoz chased his brother outside, attempting to stab him.
A third party from Munoz' apartment building grabbed him from behind until officers arrived on scene.
