Three men will be recognized in the Town of Lockport on Friday for their assistance in a robbery arrest.
Daniel Bronson, Patrick Ellinger and Patrick Ellinger II chased Matthew Biles, 31, after he took a 73-year-old woman's purse as she was leaving an establishment off Robinson Road. They restrained Biles until police arrived.
Biles also pushed an 87-year-old woman to the ground the day before and took her purse as she entered the same establishment.
State Police say Biles was charged with robbery in the first degree, a B felony, and robbery in the third degree, a D felony.
