Buffalo Business First is reporting the Chocolate Bar on West Chippewa Street in downtown Buffalo is for sale.
The asking price for the restaurant is $300,000. A spokesperson for McGuire Development tells Business First the new owner would have the option to run the restaurant under a new name if the Chocolate Bar were to stay at the same location.
According to Buffalo Business First, the Chocolate Bar will remain open while it's for sale.
