A lawn mower accident in Wilson leaves a 5 year old girl recovering from a serious foot injury.
The Niagara County Sheriff's Office says somebody was cutting the lawn when the girl, who was playing in the yard, suddenly jumped onto the lawn mower.
Police say her foot then got caught under the deck of the mower.
The victim was taken to Women and Children's Hospital by Mercy Flight.
Police have not released her name.
