Niagara County Sheriff's Deputies are piecing together an afternoon accident that injured a young bicyclist in Newfane.
Deputies say the biker turned directly in front of an oncoming car along Lockport Olcott Road Thursday afternoon.
The child riding the bike was airlifted by Mercy Flight to Women and Children's Hospital in Buffalo, there's no word on their condition.
According to deputies, the driver refused medical treatment at the scene.
No charges have been filed at this point.
