It's called the Quincy Solution and some child advocates in Erie County believe it is the answer to help end child abuse and domestic violence.
Since 2012, there have been seven children who died as a result of child abuse in Erie County.
On Sunday, Eain's Echo, an organization founded by the family of 5 year old Eain Brooks who was sexually assaulted and killed last year, came to the Buffalo Bills game collecting signatures for a petition to have Erie County implement the Quincy Solution.
The Quincy Solution is a set of best practices regarding domestic violence and child abuse and a way to educate and teach parents how to deal with children and get help.
It has seen success in other parts of the country including California and Massachusetts.
