It's not here yet but fans of Chick-fil-A take note. The chicken-chain confirms to 7 Eyewitness News that the company is now "actively pursuing sites' in the Buffalo area.
Chick-fil-A does not have a restaurant in the Western New York area but is moving closer . The Greece Town Board outside of Rochester approved a location earlier this year.
Rumors of potential sites in Buffalo have been swirling for months. Jackie Jags, Senior Consultant, Public relations for Chick-fil-A released the following statement to 7EWN on Thursday. "We are always evaluating potential new locations in the hopes of serving new customers great food with remarkable service. We are actively pursuing sites in the Buffalo area but do not currently have any locations to confirm"
