A Cherry Creek man was committed to Chautauqua County Jail earlier today for forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child outside the Village of Silver Creek Court.
Today at around 9:55 a.m., Chautauqua County Sheriff Deputies served 27-year-old Arthur Hubbard an arrest warrant at an address on Southside Ave., Cherry Creek, N.Y.
Hubbard had an active warrant for the same charge, was taken into custody, and arraigned at Silver Creek Court.
Hubbard will appear in court at a later date and time.
