Cheektowaga Town Councilman Jim Rogowski was arrested Friday night following a domestic incident.
Police say the incident in question happened in West Seneca at a residence on Orchard Park Road around 6p.m. Cheektowaga Police caught up with Rogowski about two hours later at a nearby establishment, as requested by West Seneca Police.
Rogowski is charged with criminal contempt and menacing.
Police did not provide any further details about the circumstances surrounding the incident.
