A Cheektowaga man is sentenced to two and a half years in prison after admitting he had child pornography.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Aaron Mango says Joseph Kurowski, 24, began texting a 17-year-old girl in the spring of 2015. The texts were explicit in nature, according to officials.
The girl sent Kurowski an explicit photo after he asked her to, according to Mango.
Officials say Kurowski was aware she was a minor when he received the picture message.
