Chautauqua man charged with 11 counts of criminal sex act against minors

A 50-year-old man has been arrested and charged for engaging in sexual acts with two juvenile female victims, according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office. 

The Sheriff's Office, Child Protective Services, and Child Advocacy Program conducted a joint investigation after receiving a report of a suspicious situation. 

During the February and March, detectives found 50-year-old Frederick Antill, Jr. did engage in sexual acts with two minors on various dates and times. 

Antill was arrested on April 20th and charged with rape and criminal sex act. He was arraigned at Town of Clymer Court and placed in County Jail without bail. 

After further investigation and arraignment at Chautauqua County Court, Antill was additionally charged with 11 counts of criminal sex act, predatory sexual assault against a child, course of sexual conduct against a child, rape, and sex abuse.
