A Chautauqua County man is facing charges after sheriff's deputies say he was giving minors alcohol.
It was around 1:00 Sunday morning when deputies were called out to Hooker Road in the Town of Charlotte for reports of an underage party.
After breaking that party up, they arrested Geoffrey Lanphere for unlawfully dealing with a child when they found out he was giving the kids alcohol.
He's due in the Charlotte Town Court at a later date.
