Police continue to investigate the fatal shooting of Norman "Bud" Ball, 69, inside his Selden Road, LeRoy home around 4a.m. on Tuesday morning December 1st.
Kyle Johnson, 53, a neighbor, is now charged with murder, burglary, arson, and reckless endangerment after authorities say he killed Ball, set his own home on fire, and fired shots at first responders.
No first responders were injured.
Johnson is now being held without bail with a felony hearing in LeRoy Town Court adjourned as the case is expected to go to a Genesee County Grand Jury.
However, while the investigation continues into why Johnson killed his neighbor, new cell phone video shows the accused killer in action.
7 Eyewitness News reporter Ed Reilly has the story.
