A Cattaraugus County man has died while he was swimming in a pond.
Deputies say 42-year-old Todd Newman drowned in the pond, right off Conewango Road, in Conewango Valley.
Investigators say it happened right before 8:00 p.m. Thursday. They are calling this an accidental drowning.
Despite calling this an accident, no other information has been released. They say the investigation is on going.
