Witnesses tell Buffalo police a Dodge pickup ran a red light on Bailey Avenue and hit a car, causing it to roll on its side.
The driver of the Dodge pickup, Andrew Eberhardt, 52, was issued three summons: leaving the scene of an accident, reckless driving and unlicensed operation of a vehicle.
Five people were injured and transported to different local hospitals.
The injuries are believed to be non-life threatening.
