One person was taken to Erie County Medical Center early Friday morning after hitting a guardrail on I-190 Northbound.
The crash happened just after 2:30 a.m., just after exit 9.
New York State Police, Buffalo Fire and AMR responded to the scene.
The victim's identity and condition are unknown.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
