New York State Police are investigating a three-vehicle crash that flipped a car on its roof in Niagara Falls.
The crash happened about 3:15 p.m. at Military and Packard Roads off the I-190.
One person inside the car that overturned was taken to DeGraff Memorial Hospital in North Tonawanda for treatment.
