Four people were injured Saturday afternoon -- one critically -- in a serious accident on Union Road in West Seneca.
West Seneca Police say a vehicle cross three lanes of traffic and hit another vehicle that was driving in the opposite direction head on.
It happened around 1 a.m. on Union Road at Town Road.
A passenger who was riding in the vehicle that was struck is currently in the trauma Intensive Care Unit at Erie County Medical Center. Police believe the other three occupants have non-life threatening injuries.
Police are investigating what caused the first vehicle to swerve across the center lane.
