Buffalo police are trying to figure out what caused a driver to crash into a home on the city's east side.
It happened Friday morning just before 3:40 a.m. in the 100 block of Walden Avenue.
Buffalo Police say the vehicle was traveling eastbound when it went off the road and struck the house.
Police say the driver fled the scene on foot but was arrested shortly after.
The 51-year-old is charged with criminal mischief, driving without a license and leaving the scene of a property damage accident.
No one was injured.
