A Canadian man was arrested at the Rainbow Bridge Tuesday after U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers found nearly $29,000 of marijuana in the spare tire of his vehicle.
Officers became suspicious of Daniel Hancock, 31, of Niagara Falls Ontario, and sent him for a secondary search, which yielded the drugs.
Niagara Falls Police Department officers took custody of Hancock and seized the marijuana.
